After Ontario's winter, homes need: gutter cleaning (after tree pollination, typically late April–May), soft washing to remove winter mold and algae, window cleaning, and driveway sealing once temperatures are consistently above 10°C. Book spring services early — our schedule fills quickly from March onwards.
Summer (July–August)
Summer is excellent for pressure washing driveways, pool decks, and interlock patios, soft washing if spring cleaning was skipped, and window cleaning before kids return to school. Scheduling is more flexible in July than spring or fall.

Fall (September–November)
